about

This song was born in a jam during a fun night, and expressed some volatile but yet powerful emotions. Indian and folk music variations in A major expresses some contrasting yet concordant movements of the delighted soul. This track was recorded as Koel and Tremboleau were scouting for studios in Montreal in december 2013, and initially met Tyler Fitzmaurice and the Treatment Room. They were on the trace of the sound of the 'Plants and Animals', who recorded and mixed lots of awesome music at this place. The bass line was recorded with the old P-bass that the Plants and Animals leave there, and the bass bass was originally intended to be a second electric guitar part. The sound of the sea is some kind of of closed drum with iron balls inside, found at the Italmélodie on Jean-Talon Street in Montreal by Richard after having been mandated of finding 'any interesting percussion instrument' by Tremboleau.
